Consistency to follow such a guideline. During my career I have put together several SOP for my previous employer. That made it easier for them to train new associates.

SOPs are processes your business operats with. My procedure that I'm not consists on is retention. I have a process of virtual contact, having a list of items, that the client need to give !e when I process their return. Providing a preview copy.

I’m hungry to eat in the tax business, Its a must that I purchase your course. However I’m facing a roadblock that I do need advise on. My criminal history, 2 felony both 3 and 4 years old, both felony looks worse than it seems. Once I get to the part where I’m registering with the IRS do I just explain the situation (like you would if this was just a regular job interview) or are they very strict on having a record.

Right! They will ask and you can click the yes checkbox, they may ask for more information on the account but they are going to pull your record anyway so they will see what it is. To my understanding as long as it's not a financial or drug crime you should be in the clear.
