Thanks Jessica! Ahh I see, I don't have any children and don't really use my journal to track my dog's info, however, one thing that I like to include is information on my hobbies. I always find there's plenty of information I can got down about my plants, or even video games I'm playing and books I'm reading!

I no longer pre-write spreads. Only make spreads i am going to use and use immediately after creating. That way, I minimise blank pages. Hope that tip helps someone out there.
