Super fun! I love doing standing abs at the end of my workout. Today was leg day with bands, & this was a lovely workout ender without killing my hip flexors. Also, I felt like a sexy dancer doing the rib circles 🤣 Thank you Lindsay! 👏

Do not think I forgot you. So I went ahead and ‘stacked’ this workout with a peloton run and to ‘round’ it out perfectly I grabbed two identical dumbbells off the ‘rack’ I built myself. I selected 35s because we weren’t sure if we should be representing 34 or 36 with this analogous nonsense. I am such a boob. My apologies for my immaturity. I mean to say, great job coach, I’m not averse to core work on the floor or hanging….but standing Abs really helps me focus on balance and posture (especially if not actively doing yoga/Pilates).
