After all the yoga training each day I was super inspired to create workouts! My brain was lit up! Hope you guys enjoy this one… I know my feet are super dirty but like you don’t wear shoes in India a lot so ya that’s what happens lol ☯️

I always love your workouts but. . . I did this one yesterday and NGL was a little skeptic because I wasn’t feeling it. Woke up this morning and it totally snuck up on me 😆, great standing ab workout!
