This nubby far my favorite move. This was my dads move back in his wrestling days. He won national titles with this move. First move I was ever tought. It's golden.

In terms of BJJ.... Im new to the sport. Would that not set him up for multiple variations to move you into triangle position? Could he jump his other leg over your shoulder once you land?

Easy to play video at 75%, 50%, or 25% speeds. Although these two cradles are not commonplace, they are far from “bad technique videos” There is not much time to get into great detail during a short technique video. I’m thankful for brief, to the point interesting videos showing techniques for takedowns and pins. Thsnk you
