I am 86 years old. I go to a studio for reformer work Mondays and Fridays. I do yourclasses Tuesday Wednesday and Thursday to keep myself moving in between studio classes. I'm so happy I found you, Lauren. You are magic!!❤

I'm 70, and just did this for the first time. One of the things I love about Lauren's workouts is that she alternates between the "tough" moves and the easier moves, so it motivates me to keep going. Thank you, Lauren!

Thank you Ms Lauren!! I am 56 and recently retired. You have helped me gently get back into working out each day with both Pilates and Yoga...I am trying every one of your workouts, cardio too! Your demeanor is encouraging and sweet! Is is a good idea to do a different one each day or do one type back to back? Tracey❤

Well that answers that question, "Wondering if this workout will be enough abs" Oh yes ! Check that off for the day. Thanks for keeping us in check with the abs. So easy to (undo) the engagement. I have been working hard on not popping the lower ribs. Found that not only helps for my tummy to be more flat, but immediately helps me line up my spine from top to bottom when my sciatica is roaring and pain relief is immediate. Good Workout !!! Oh and thanks for keeping us "Honest" !

Hi, yes I have a question, I'm getting cramp in my neck, after getting out of bed in the morning. Is there an exercise that can help me? I've purchased a pillow, to see if it helps. Thanks for any advice 🙏 😊

That's why I love Lauren she give us cues with a warm up and cool down and always answers our comments. So many You Tube videos these days are just music and some even say be sure to warmup so one would need to do a separate warmup which isn't appropriate for a 65 year old like me with Arthritis.

I have really been enjoying your pilates and barre workouts. I find my posture improving, and my knees and hips less reactive. I've been working on remembering to keep my shoulders back and down, my core engaged, and my pelvis slightly tucked. Thank you, Lauren!😊

Hi great balance work as l am a pilates teacher ,but doing this late was really great & challenging with the leg balances as l am hyper mobile & have had Orthopaedic knee surgery due to trauma injury ,my femur had to be straightened then the knee , l also do all the equipment ,my favourite is the scooter & frog , thank you . I have just discovered you snd am so pleased. These videos are perfect for me. I am 81 years old. I walk regularly, but the rest of my muscles are quite stiff! Wonderful Duffy! The way you use my workouts is entirely up to you and what your body needs. I post a weekly workout plan on Sunday mornings for those that enjoy a variety of workouts such as cardio, weights and stretching such as pilates. Really enjoyed this workout. I am new to pilates and find it difficult to do much on the floor due to injured knee, so to find all standing pilates is great. I feel toned, relaxed and energised. Thank you so much

Hi I am proud to say I am 71 today ! I have always looked after myself but of late my balance is not so great. Noooo I don't want to get down on a mat any more standing Pilates, I am in ! I hope I can motivate myself to practice regularly I walk every day with my dog we run too sometimes but stretching and balance needs a little xtra effort ha ha. Thank you, your voice is very calming and when you said we had finished I was so surprised. May I wish every one a very happy day always .....

Your videos have helped me so much to navigate issues with balance and autoimmunity and now with a sore knee, I have been able to find several of your standing videos which are gold. Great video, even with my fused spine I could do most of the moves, thank you Lauren. I too feel like you’re looking right at me and reminding me to breathe, hold my abds etc.😊
