Was having a bad day. I came home and ate a bunch of chips and chocolate but I'm glad I ended the day here. Working out or doing something like art or music will make your day better. Eating junk food will only make your mood worse.

미지님 영상으로 홈트한지 벌써 3개월이 다 돼 가네요! 저는 헬스장 가는 것 보다는 다양한 동작으로 구성된 홈트가 잘 맞고 재밌어서 늘 집에서 홈트 영상 검색해서 운동하는 중인데요! 미지님 영상이 저한테 제일 잘 맞는 것 같아요! 너무 고강도거나 어려운 동작이 많은 영상들은 몇 번 하다가 도중에 포기하게 되더라구요 ㅠ 근데 미지님 영상은 저강도 동작과 고강도 동작이 번갈아가며 섞여 있어서 끝까지 해내는 데 큰 무리도 없고 그만큼 지속하기에도 너무 좋아요! 영상 길이들도 다양해서 약속 나가야 하는데 시간 없을 때는 15-20분 영상들 위주로 해주고 각 잡고 할 때는 40분 영상들로 하는 중이에요! 앞으로도 다양한 영상들 기대할게요! 그럼 오늘도 열운하러 갑니다! (곧 나가야 해서 오늘은 이 영상으로 정했어요 ㅎㅎ)

와~!! 땀이 날 정도로 운동해 본 적이 없어요. 어제 영상을 보기만 하고 오늘 해보자 해서 쭉 따라해 봤는데 25분 남짓을요. 이렇게까지 땀이 뚝뚝 떨어질 정도의 운동이었다니 놀라워요. 오늘부터 매일은 어려울 듯 하고 격일로 하려구요. 정말 지방이 타는 듯한 느낌을 받아요. 유익한 영상 올려주셔서 감사합니다. 얼른 씻어야겠어요. ^^

This workout is intense just enough to feel the burn but not to the point of losing your breath while doing it. It's fun and enjoyable! Didn't know that my body can move some ways before this workout😂 Thank you, MIZI!!!

Hellooo Mizi … I’m about to do this workout again ! It’s perfect when you don’t have much time. I try to do one every day .. the standing ones… and yes I am getting results … my legs are more toned and my arms for sure ! I try to do your abs workouts on the floor sometimes too … as it’s always my lower belly that struggles!! I am going through menopause and lower belly fat is the hardest to tone! At my age!! I tell all my friends about your videos how beneficial they are ❤x

Great 20 min on this one. I loved doing the under jack plus the knee up, the cross tap and the butt kick plus the reverse fly.

Finally I could complete this as it is..this is soo easy yet soo effective..I'm literally sweating crazy after just 20 minutes..please bring some more videos like this with other easy variations like squats,side squats, sitting exercises etc
