❤ this workout! I’m recovering from an acute flare-up of runners knee and still using crutches to walk. This workout is perfect and causes no pain.

I also was skeptical about the weights, but I loved this exercise - I have pretty pink 2-pound dumbbells. I just turned 80 and need to build strength to stay healthy. I love your videos. Thanks for your quiet encouragement. ❤

This is such a great workout for when I only want to do a half hour. I usually do 30 minute yoga or pilates and then a strength or ab workout. I like this new one for a combo. As always, thanks and blessings to you, Lauren! ❤

I was able to do this workout on my hospital bed with 2 water bottles. This little exercise even if I’d to modify a little made me feel tons better and stronger even. Thank you for all that you do!

This was perfect for me. Yoga workouts usually are too hard for me. I liked that this was more mobility, strength, and stretch. I do have osteoporosis, so most of these moves were very safe for me to do. Thank you!!!

You have truly outdone yourself with this workout! You had my muscles burnin' and my brain learnin' with these compound moves! This was a nice level of challenge for someone like myself who has been working out with you for a while, but also very clear and do-able with your logical explanations (kick-stand leg, proud chest, etc.). That was a wonderful, relaxing, yet strong workout. Thank you! I appreciate the chair exercise because of knee, neck, shoulder, back issues. It is challenging for me to get up and down on the floor. I can do it, it just takes me so much longer, so the chair is great!

Thank you for this perfectly timed workout this morning Lauren. I had already made a commitment to only do seated upper body, Yoga and Pilates workouts this week due to hurting my knee with no idea how other than age and wear and tear over the years to the point of not being able to walk without pain. I did modify the lower body part and it worked perfectly. I didn’t aggravate it.

Another great one! I did this right after the isometric strength one! And for an extra challenge, I did this on a pilates ball (I think that's what it's called-great big ball!). To keep my balance I had to modify some moves slightly, but overall, it worked great! Thanks for all you do!

Your grace and calm is unique & incomparable. I did this wonderful workout on the Swiss ball, providing having a handle (table or sofa) in case of loss of balance. Only one pose was impossible, and you know which. Thank you so much Laureen.

If you want more strength, I would look at the seated workouts that aren't yoga

Have just had an old knee injury come back to haunt me, felt frustrated yesterday. Today, started chair yoga, rather than my usual morning yoga class and feel this will be my go to for the next few weeks. Thanks you

Love your videos. I do wish that you had done two sets for the core in this video...otherwise perfect. I can't believe how hard it is to maintain sitting up straight without back support. Aging is so fun!

I just previewed this one Lauren. It looks great. I love combining seated yoga with light weights especially your seated yoga. I am thinking of either this one or basic step aerobics and hour for my rest day? Either one should probably be fine since it isn't heavy weights. I will let you know once I decide.
