Standoff Between Assam Rifles and NSCN IM | Full Report | Nagaland

According to the source, Yesterday around 10:00 AM, NSCN IM allegedly stopped Assam Rifles at Doyapur when they went to Hazadisa Middle School to measure the area for the repairing of school.
NSCN IM created problems for AR soldiers who were in Hazadisha school for furniture repair and measurement work at Hazadisha school, which is in Doyapur. The initiative was interfered by the NSCN IM cadre. As per the input shared by our sources, "NSCM IM soldiers were huge in numbers and tried to stop AR soldiers. Looking at the intense situation, Assam Rifles Dimapur Battalion also called up more troops for backup. After some word of fights between IM and AR, NSCN IM withdrew." Following the incident, NSCN IM is said to have apologised.
