I have watched the new battlestar, and am a fan of both...I did that joke to make people laugh, not actually making a commentary on the series. The way I see it, if a Cylon were to watch BSG, he wouldnt like it since it is from the perspective of the colonials, so, he was trying his best (in his ham-fisted way) to put it down..Glad you like though..

Ah, left at the "altar". Got it. "Left" sounded like "laughed" to me and I hadn't thought about him using more puns and thus "left at the altar" would've fit. It's pretty obvious now that I think about it. Lapse of intelligence.

is that why you dont get into the shows? too me the '70 version was too mutch like Starwars, and the '03 version too dark. cant like everything you know. i do hear good things about the '03 version. so maybe i should give it a second chance.
