I thought that too at first but now I have to wonder if the sound wasn't set up to record the audience like most stand up specials are. Because it's a smaller venue so the feed back would be terrible and the jokes where a lot of people laughed (different tones) were even quiet.

one or two of them took a second for me to get, but they were amazing lol polio joke having legs, and pH7 took about a second, but those are the best jokes imo. the ones where you realize how many layers there are to laugh at and while i don't blame him for not knowing, given his preference, pH balanced is actually supposed to be slightly acidic in that context :P he's definitely well educated though, and it made his jokes just that much better. this man is going places

His full set is amazing. Saw him 2x in DC. What amazes me is that he’s also been on Fallon, and the second time I saw him post-Fallon, he played a basement comedy bar that barely had 20 people in attendance. That said, he deserves better and please support this man! You won’t regret it.
