Nadella spoke to students about cultivating a sense of culture and purpose, and how through relationships with others, work becomes more than transactional. ⁣

Not sure if I should say that I’m amazed with way the interviewer has framed her questions (all of which indicative that she is very well informed) or the CEO who did not seem uncomfortable or hesitant (again indicative that he very well knows the things around). Satya is like Monk dressed in business suit. His simplicity and the way he look at things are so full of humbleness. Technology driven by Empathy is probably the thought that ever technology company should adopt at its core. The sense of empathy in general have risen up in last few years after pandemic and global turmoil, so it becomes far more important then ever. Kudos to Tara who listened so carefully and transitioned to new set of questions in seamless manner. Overall this was worth every second spent.
