Nice video, I have NightRider and Libre sensor for monitor the values on phone without scanning and finger prick. Also, I share my glucose data as well as my food insights, activity data to my endo. I found all these features are very useful.

A couple of the first things she mentioned were a cookie and bagels. She didn't say not to eat them, she was talking about how many calories they are. Her advice is homicidal. She's clueless.

Great presentation - focussed on actionable advice rather than the science or anecdote. The audience were no slouches either. The Q&A ticked a lot of boxes.

before hackling the diatiation about low fat jogurt having more carb, read the nutritionfacts label! When you skim milk the absolute amount of carbs stays constant, the fat is reduced.

Funny how you showed the study where Carbs raise insulin and protein has some spike and fat has barely any. Yet for the type 2 you're recommending to eat moderate carbs of 130-180gms/day. How about keep your carbs below 50gms/day, and don't recommend whole grains at all. Just eat meat, seafood, organ meat and non starchy veggies, for fruits just berries. Intermittent fasting is also important I believe to regulate insulin level. There's essential fatty acids, essential amino acids where/which is the essential carbs again ? This whole presentation is a joke, I stopped watching when you showed the slide of choosing low fat options and you're prescribing canola oil, wtf ? Canola oil is trans fat, geez.

Canola is metabolically very close to olive oil. In Europe we name it close to the plant it comes from. Brassica rapa a relative of mustard and broccoli
