Hi, I have a question; is the thread on the lid of the "Contigo" the same as the Stanley? In other words, could I put the lid from a 40oz Stanley on a 40oz Contigo?

Good question that I would not have thought to ask! I just double checked on mine and the lids from Stanley does not work on the cup of Contigo. They are threaded differently. I love both of mine for using at different times! I hope this helps!
