Always love the videos with Charlie in them. Thanks for showing us the cool artificial bait / lure alternatives. And the drone shots were amazing. If you ever need some help testing your "prototype" rods, please show me where to sign up. The action and look is amazing for them, and I'm tired of cheap (and expensive) rods that are just underpar. Looking forward to when they finally release. Thanks again for sharing your adventures. See you next time.

Looks like they left the net of debris. I’m sure he’s going to say that they had no space on the boat for it.
@StanzFam6 ай бұрын
Thanks for watching. The debris can be a fish haven, hopefully other boats found it the following days and caught plenty of fish off of it.

Which boats at Caribee are the ones you are selling? I have been looking at some of what they have there in the past week, in fact, was interested in one of the 2600 Pathfinders they had, but they were sold as soon as they hit the website.
@StanzFam6 ай бұрын
We sold a 26 pathfinder recently from Marathon and delivered it to Caribee to get a little work done on it before the new owner picked it up. It sold within 2 days. I’m not sure what all they have available themselves
@mikesfilter6 ай бұрын
@@StanzFam Yeah, they have two (2) 2600s on their website, but they said they sold before they were even posted on the website.

What month would you recommend an offshore trip for swordfishing or targeting Mahi?
@StanzFam6 ай бұрын
Mahi usually show up in the late spring, summer is usually the best but the last few years early fall has been pretty good. We swordfish all year long but I like the fall and early winter best for numbers , weather just has to cooperate

Makes it a little more fun and exciting. We sold lots of ice fishing rods out of the family marina over the years and wanted to make one more heavy duty that we could use offshore. Probably the same thing a lot of hunters do when they swap from a rifle to a bow, makes it more challenging

Was kinda disappointed that you didn’t try to clean up the waters you fish in….you just left all that trash
@StanzFam6 ай бұрын
It’s a floating ecosystem with everything from small bait fish to bigger fish like mahi. More Boats will find it and catch fish off of it until it floats to shore. That debris could make a lot of peoples days on charters or if they are out fishing for fun on their own boat. It’s one thing to pick up balloons or pieces of plastic but finding debris like this can be a fisherman’s dream (or nightmare if they run it over)
@lukelawrence61146 ай бұрын
You should never pick up something like that it adds life for fish and other ocean life and a great pice for other people to capture
