I was able to tour Dale Sr's at the 2000 Bristol night race. It was after the race and he just laid his suit on the drivers seat plus the IROC Championship trophy was laying in the floor.

As you stated -- this did, at one time, have a ton of orange. I have a picture or two somewhere -- plus I remember in the early 2000's seeing a show where Dale Jr. spoke about the orange on his Coach (something about the Dirty Mo Posse maybe?)

Originally it was white orange and black graphics even had skulls on it like all of his helmets on the front had the dirty mo logo I use to go to the track with Jason Keller busch and later James Finch

I have been an Earnhardt fan for years father and son. Jr would spend all his time at the track in the coach early in his career. He would chill out with friends or other drivers and play video games or sleep till an hour before the race. So the dark interior is not a surprise. The door design inside is similar to the Earnhardt inc. Logo. So there is a little more history for you.

Keep in mind Jr was a gamer he liked going into the bus and play his video games so that really would explain the darkness! I'm surprised it does not reek of nicotine/stale cigarette smoke given the fact that Jr was also a chain smoker as well! So that thing has been professionally cleaned at some point since the original owner!

Like the polished aluminum valve/ jake brake covers!!! A polished aluminum valve cover Caterpillar V-8 engine looks so radical! Sounds badass straight piped, ultimate torque monster! Detroit diesel makes some of the best engines too, good combo is the 430/470 engine with some long legs/ 18 speed trans is good for a 140 mph high speed load relocater delivery!!! Not only Circle track racers are fast, some trucks flat haul ass too!!! 👍✌️peace out

Dont ask, did you know that Valvoline was the oil GM used from the factory back in the day? It was the only brand named/mentioned in many service manuals and bulletins from when I grew up in a GM Service Bay as a kid. My dad was a Service Mechanic who rose to Service Manager and later General Services Mgr in the Dealership he worked in for 35 years!

That coach was white and orange with a little black in it back then. Just look at the colors for Dale JR. Motorsports back then. Saw that coach in Bristol a few times. So you are right that is not the original color.

Most likely. Build process is 6 months now and I’m not sure what it was back then but definitely ordered/configured in 2000. Dale senior took delivery of a new one in early 2001 too

Can’t help it. Their aligning solid axles vehicle like a car. Aligning rear axles to steer tires, that’s a laugh to people in know. You align rear axles to center line of vehicle. Hunter just mimics what other brands have invented. They should stick with Auto. This place should buy real truck equipment. Nice looking coaches though.
