Loremaker's Guide to the Galaxy, alsways appreciated! A good way to get introduced to the Universe in which we all will play, or spend or virtual live! Drake has some kind of shady reputation. Sometimes people think that if you fly a Drake ship you are a pirate. But that would be like, if you drive a motor cycle you you are a member of a biker gang. ;)

OMG I was thinking the same! It would be awesome to see that. Also knowing how close the planets are to each other and to the sun. Some are even tidally locked and I think there's only one planet like that in the whole game.

This wouldn't be the best idea. At first, I thought so too, but soon enough it'll reach a point where CIG needs to mimick reality, because more stuff gets discovered, and that comes with a lot of problems. Best to just let Star Citizen be its own thing. To an extreme, at one point, people will expect that the furthest into empty space you are, the slower you age in comparison to in planets, which happens(gravitational time dilation).

I like how these segments and coinciding lore feel like a history lesson, with just a hint of 'soul' once in awhile. I imagine this is how history would be presented to the people of the in-game present tense; a brief summary of the most important events. However, I can't wait to get into these systems to uncover the bulk of the 'soul' lore in first person!

So... Does drake know they're market is made up of pirates? I mean it seems like there is no other purpose for some of the specifications on these ships to exist. Not to mentioned they're named things like the cutlass and buccaneer. I want to hear more about the kind of company Drake is, maybe i could make some sketchy deals with them in the future.

i find something really off about all this lore. You refer to this Planets as if you ara talking about countries. you said the Capital of Boreia.... Boreia is a Planet. i dont know why there arent many types of peaople and a diversity in lore wthin the same planet like we have on Earth. you cant tell us the whole planet was Drake Interplanetary Factory...

He does work for CIG, and a lot of people enjoy lore and a huge part of these kinds of games is the lore. Also lore is incredibly important especially for squadron 42 considering that game is based around the super in depth story. Please, take your ignorance elsewhere you babblinlg, bumbling baboon.
