Excellent advice - get the Titan, consider upgrading the bonus hover quad to C8R, then go play No Man's Sky's new update (looks like next week!) because SC is a hot mess for the next week or two. Best not to get too invested emotionally and financially in SC as it is kinda a storefront masquerading as a middling FPS.

I would advise against upgrading for now. There is no discount and also the pisces is perma on sale, just keep the quad and keep in mind you can upgrade it in the future.

If something doesn't have LTI it's worthless to me. Wait to see if a new started gets released during Citcon, then upgrade. EDIT: Well, never mind. The hooverquad is from referral so it probably has LTI. I think the Avenger Starter pack works if you take advantage of that.

Yes, the quad does have LTI, forgot to mention that. Not that it SHOULD matter but I also have everything on LTI, I just see that one day they will screw over people that didnt bother to get it, just to make moeny somehow.

Pisces is crap except the medical bed version. It has no armor and no firepower, if you must have it buy it for aUEC. Buy the Avenger pack and you are set. You don't have to buy any other ship for real money ever again. All you need to explore, do bunkers, bountyhunting, delivery, some pvp (if you choose battles), is this. Then you make some money ingame until you can get a Vulture for ingame money. It's a money printing machine. Just get better modules (Military A) and a set of Attrition Laser Repeaters, and the Avenger will fck.

Pieces are good little shuttle craft, short claim times and easy to fly. But agreed, not worth it as a starter ship.
