Nice video, I bought from Star Fisheries a month ago. Bought a young calico ranchu, really like his colours but unfortunately he came with ick and I did not quarantine him for long enough beforehand! He is all well now though

​@@Mountain_Aquatics firstly with salt and garlic - worked temporarily. So treated with a white spot meds instead. He's still got a small white dot on his head so I'm just monitoring it

Hey buddy! You have got some nice little ones there ❤ May I know what size fishes are they? 1.5-2 inch or 2.5-3 inches please? I am looking to order a few and I am really confused

They are around 2 inches when fully grown. Large guppy size

Yes the black ranchu has a very good colour. Just a shame about the tail. If I breed with him then I will have put him with a fish with a perfect tail. Do you keep any goldfish?

Sorry for the late reply but just on the black ranchu it doesn't have the best jenetics or quality as you can see that the top of the tail is slightly higher or in level with the tallest point of its back, but its still a brilliant fish, love the video and will definitely now start watching ur channel and I will subscribe

Sorry it’s so late but that’s a sign of a lower quality Ranchu (your black Ranchu). This is because his tail should be fanned out.

I currently have 3 Ranchu goldfish high grade but I have 2 ping pong pearlscales arriving tomorrow from star fisheries, (I’m in the UK so I get all my fancy goldfish from Star fisheries too). I dropped a sub because you seem like quite a cool guy :)

Hi, Jet or Darth the Black Ranchu..lol.. Have a look into it could be a Japanese Ranchu, they have longer body shape, not so rounded like the chinese, Tai Ranchu.

Yes, why not.. all good fun lol.. yes I do.. only keep fancy goldfish.. the hardest to keep! 2 fairly large tanks are enough! But absolutely love them.🥰🥰

I have a mixture of all sorts lol.. in my largest tank 2 butterfly moor black & orange, about 13 - 15cm Mcflurry & McMuffin, so cute.. I have a pure White Ranchu called coconut - she is lovely.. my tank seem to find out the sexes quite quick.. but my overall fav are Oranda's they are so cute & personality un believable.. But they seem to get ill quite quick.. lost a few of me favorites due to ulcers or dropsy. I've got a little panda Oranda called Geshia looks like a chinese Geisha.. but to my horror tonight she has either got an ulcer coming, or been injured.. definitely wasn't there last night.. so fingers crossed can fix her, shes gone in quarantine.. but have not managed to save any of me Orandas.. in my smaller tank hav ca pearlscale called Beauty, bit bigger than yours..they all chill me out.. need it at this time.. apart from when there ill!

Sophie Flinter this was the smallest size at the standard grade. But I think I was very lucky and got a really good one. I’ve already put another order in for some more fish so make sure you subscribe so you will see what I’ve got 😍👍🏻

UNUSUAL AQUARIUM ECOSYSTEMS those are bubble eye goldfish. It’s just the type and that is what they are bred for. Great to have somebody I’m subscribed to watching my videos 😍
