Nintendo was really trying to push Star Fox Zero into the public eye with these commercials, social media posts, among others, including having already developed a spinoff (Star Fox Guard). It's really a shame the game failed financially and critically.

A Slippy Toad puppet was never made (for those Nintendo announcement videos from a few years ago), so they kind of have to gloss over him in these ads; making a brand new Slippy puppet just for these ads would be more trouble than it's worth.

happy 5th anniversary star fox zero!!! :3(love these commercials alongside the battle begins & love that bayonetta's easter egg is what helped platinum games design it.) the series deserves another chance as it really isn't the worst star fox game(command and adventures is worse.) and most of it's problems are more with the wii u/the series as a whole which reused story and planets before(even then mario,especially zelda and pokemon are worse at rehashing elements.) but it really needs a switch game(would rather prefer a new game taking note of it's flaws instead of a port.) as it has problems with slowdown,shorter than usual length and horrible use of the gamepad(which cramped me more than kid icarus ever did.) but it does have a style that's my favorite along with assault/64 and would love to see a sequel do more with(they have interest in bringing back krystal and would love to see her and the star fox 2 pilots/gameplay.)
