If I recall correctly the Sun-Lord version of Quill is actually teased in a previous comic when he gets the opportunity to unlock his full potential when he comes across the Black Vortex but declines, So long story short Peter and the Guardians fought the Olympic Gods and Peter ends up trapped in an alternate dimension and he ends up living there for decades but cos of the time difference he comes back only like a week later, he ends up absorbing the powers of the Olympic gods and uses the element gun to one-shot them. Also he has the element gun in the first place as explained by his ORIGINAL origin story cos he's destined to be the sun lord. So Liam's right actually all of this is just taking Star-Lord's original origin story and tying it into the new stuff.

I feel like a more fun battle for a Mass Effect character would be Garrus Vakarian vs Thel Vadam (The Arbiter). A battle between the 2 greatest second in commands within sci-fi gaming.

Arbiter absolutely stomps that fight though? He has been able to fight spartans to standstills. And a Spartan crushes pretty much any soldier existing in Mass Effect by a longshot. And that's completely aside from the fact that all plasma weaponry would go right through any shields from the Mass Effect universe.

Thel Vadam VS Urdnot Wrex would be a more thematic fight, IMO. Wrex and Arbiter are both Disgraced highly ranking members of their species which is known for their ability in combat, that come back years later after joining a human super soldier on a mission (Counting N7 as comparable to Spartan Training, if you read it you'd agree) and begin a campaign to remake their race into a stalwart ally of Humanity and help them to defeat a race of mind controlling tentacle aliens.

Halo isn't that high above Mass Effect, and sure Kinetic barriers wouldn't stop plasma weaponry, but it's unlikely to hit them, given the speed of Mass accelator weaponry and the fact that people like Shepard can dodge it point blank. Also, it's very likely that Shepard is on par with Chief in a lot of aspects, not only because N7 Training is quite similar to a lot of Spartan Training but also because of the enhancements he's received. All of this should make it fairly debatable as to who wins.

Bruh arbiter? That is not fair AT ALL, arbiter would slaughter Garrus, do you have any idea how large strong and agile elites are? Especially arbiter? A fairer matchup would be arbiter vs wrex and even then that's questionable because of how agile arbiter is and if he has an energy sword wrex would likely die but I don't know for sure

@@plusultra12001 predator would likely slaughter arbiter, besides it depends on which predator is being used cause there's 13 ranks of them such as hunters, enforcers that hunt down rogue predators that disrespect their code, there's elite predators that I think are between 7-8ft tall, there's the king of predators, there's matriarch predators (female predators and the second highest in overall ranking among predators), there's clan leaders, the third highest rank and so on, so it depends on which rank we go with.

Assuming Star Lord doesn't get any asspulled Celestial power activations, I feel like this should be a pretty solid dub for a Biotic Shepard. Generally, casting *a* Shepard for a Death Battle would be... Hard. Male or female? Class? Weapon set? Pre-2 or post-2 w/cybernetics? If Quill asspulls his celestial power, does Shepard get to asspull the Control!Ending Reaper Armada?

Connections that I can think of: -Both are space commanders. -Both came back from the dead. Quill was stabbed by Gamora (yeah their relationship is VERY different in the comics) then was later revived by Doctor Strange. Shepard died from exposure to the vacuum of space then was revived by the Lazarus Project. -Both lead a team of aliens from different planets who defend the galaxy. -Both could potentially become ruler of the cosmos. Quill's birthright is the Spartoi Empire, ruled by his father J'son. In the Control ending to Mass Effect 3, Shepard chooses to merge his consciousness with the Reapers to stop them from killing sentient life. -If we consider the Guardians of the Galaxy Telltale game, both of these characters are in games with choice-based gameplay. -With Quill's Master of the Sun moniker and Shepard's biotics, both can manipulate energy.

Best biotic feats. Former Asari Commander shielded a city block, shielded the Asari Ark with a bit of Cora's help. The ark is 1.5km's long but expanded further beyond that point. ME:Andromeda Krogan Battle Masters, Asari Justicars+Commandos all can lift 2 ton -6 tons objects but that isn't their limit. Read ME:Revelations, ME: Ascension, and Initation for more context. I recommend reading Initation for strength feats expanded for Shepard for there are clones that are comparable to the upgrades Shepard gets. Which those clones are comparable to Atlas Mechs, and heavy lifting equipment. Terms of surviving things. Shepard took a Harbingers Gardien Laser and survived through heavily injured. If you account for Gunships, IFV ground support getting yetted. I recommend for any Mass Effect Characters ever used is Read The Comics, Books and Play Andromeda because the expansion of lore would help.

do Bakugou (My Hero Academia) vs Deidara (Naruto Shippuden) I think Bakugou would lose right now, but when he gets older and more powerful it would be a super interesting match up. Both explosive experts with rather insane personalities. Completely different methods of explosions. I think Deidara would win even against a more powerful version of Bakugou because of the versatility and range of his explosive puppets, but either way it is an interesting match up to think about. Theres a lot of character match ups against the 2 series that I think would be interesting and fairly balanced against each other. Though the most powerful characters in Naruto would just trounce everyone else in My Hero Academia

Someone doesn't do their research before making a claim, and it shows. But then again... maybe your particular Commander Shepard wasn't the leader they needed!!!

@@shawnjensen8398 Straight cap. Jack can hold the barrier just as easily as Samara. I had Jack run the barrier on a playthrough where I romanced her and didn't lose any squadmates. You can do this with Jack/Samara on the barrier, Legion/Tali in the vent, Garrus leading B-Squad and Mordin escorting the survivors back to the Normandy. Works every time without fail.
