Star Ocean The Divine Force BEST/FASTEST Way to Get FOL 250+ MILLION PER HOUR

For anyone looking to make a large sum of money earlier in the game. During "The Kenny's Descendant" area you will be inside a city fighting soldiers. Before you climb the stairs to reach the cutscene you will encounter a red ogre. Kill that ogre then go behind its spawn. Save the game and reload. The ogre will respawn and you will be able to surprise attack it. As standard it drops around 5k fol and 35k exp in a surprise attack. If you stack gear with surprise attack++ then I was able to easily boost this to 17k fol and 69k exp per kill (I didnt spend long min-maxing, so probably able to get more if i tried) each kill is taking me 28 seconds (including loading times) though I do have pretty powered up characters so your mileage may vary. (potentially if your characters kill slower then you could use the hit counter + to gain more money from it or exp.) That comes out to 2,187,500 fol per hour and 8,625,000 exp per hour. Its not even close to the endgame methods that Primal is sharing, but for this point in the story i think its pretty insane.

The cape of illusion that you farm from the bats in the video have an 80% stackable bonus in surprise attack. It does X5 exp and X5 fol if you defeat the ennemies fast enough. I could not go past X5.4. My build on Laetitia : - Gearr nan colann (not attributes - Armor : 3 surprise attack 80% and 30% accessories - Accessory 1 : 100 hits - 120% fols 50 hits - 50 % fols 55% restoring 5 PA on ennemy death 30% accessories -Accessory 2 : 35% more fols 2 surprise attack 80% bonus increase Loot 210 % (the capes auto sell at 16k) Thanks for the video, it helped me understand how to optimize !

Exactly but you sill need like 5000+ defense lv 255 party members and ALL SPELL resist at 100% OR HIGHER to be immune to ALL damage ON earth mode besides non elemental spells but G Celeste/Etheral Queen don't HAVE any non elemental spells at all and ONLY play on earth mode so that all these bosses DIE in under 15 seconds.

well, depends on how you define early game, but you can the best weapons for most characters and the 2nd best armors along with best accessories and factors the minute you unlock alchemy

you can save scum your way to upgrading to the best metal ingot

@@styx87 its not too difficult, grab gold and max out alch on that dude with the arm issues (forgot name). Alch gold -> crimson then crimson -> myth then Myth -> rune/oricalcum -> rainbow iron? -> darkmatter/moonstone Keep rerolling/reloading depending on how much patience or money you have. From there the princess chick does crafting and the raymundo guy does smithing. With them at lvl 10 you sometimes hit the best weapons/accs. Reload/save scum if you want and you'll have some pretty meaty weapons and accs (you can also hit good armour) Honestly I would recommend against it till end game. My save has been kinda ruined since I now one shot everything on the hardest difficulty. Sorry for long reply, hope it helps

Just a heads up, The Fol Factors don’t stack sadly, the accessories factor does boost it, but otherwise 35% is the highest before boost

explains why the boost is so miniscule then, atleast with the large fol drops its still beneficial for the run, now i wonder if it stacks across characters or even across gear, maybe its an upper limit per slot? guess it could be bugged aswell

It only applies the highest factor for anything Fol based, so if you had a 95% on 100 hit count, it would overight the 35% when your hit count was over 100, but it be simply 95, not 130. Weird that Fol is the only factor that has this limit

yea im guessing theres some kind of bug there, its never been limited before and they still have the metal scumbag (silver and gold in this one) which drop massive amounts of fol upon death so i dont think they'd stop us from getting out millions like before

You can put +35% gain in battle and gain % per 20/50/100 Hit combo on the accesory so that it replaces itself at combo maximum. Just tested it in game. It works

Thanks for this video, very helpful! But man, creating items trying to get the Fol percentage increases is a SLOG, been at it for an hour and a half and got none bar increases by a certain percentage for getting the hit counter over a particular number!

Can you ACHIEVE the following upgrades? -100% DMG received at full HP 100% chance to survive with 1 HP -100% damage sustained when HP is under 25% Restore 100% HP at regular intervals 100% chance of activating skills without consuming AP -100% casting time Also, how does the factor "is this factor changing after the battle" work? Can you put all elemental factors on 1 weapon?

the only one out of them all i have tried is the 100% casting time, i made an accessory with 4 factors of 16% cast time reduction and had an armor with accessory boost but it still wasnt instant

This dungeon isn't spawning any chests for me when I kill the boss. Only an sp seed. Also Fol boosts are not stacking

check the 2 billion fol video for updated factors, as for chests it only drops fol chests once you clear out the initial items which i think is after 5 fights
