im lvl 65 and just under 29 hours in....had no idea I could create this stuff. I AM aware of the Tri emblem item though ever since the second Star Ocean.

the alch part will take the most time. making the rank 3 item of tier 5 mats is a long process. Can take many hours depending on your luck. But once you get 20 of each t5-r3 material, be prepaired to do alot of saving and reloading. One thing I noticed was getting the rank 2 and 3 mats of each tier was a thousand times easier then getting a tier 3 to 4 (or 4 to 5) upgrade. But yeah, ya can have b.i.s. gear on (or for, if you havn't gotten char yet) every char ingame, have all char's lvl 255 and have billions of gold/coin before ever making it to the castle city for the first time. That is just how broken crafting is in SO6 and ya get it super early.

5H in and I got Rays ultimate weapon and farm money so ez just surprised attack the scythe monster in the snow till you have enough points later for smythery around 1400+ and alchemy for albaird, congrats you broke the game and hit 255 before aucerios castle lol, most broken star ocean in the series after 2nd story r, also JJ is the most broken char in the game, he can hit 7m with his limit break lol

Thanks, it's the simplified version. There are nuances like which character makes which best weapon/armour or whatever. Even if you just settle for something "quite nice" though you're going to absolutely DESTROY the entire main campaign and (at least) the 1st post-game dungeon.

Take note that Nina ultimate weapon was Tintinabulum and Albaird was Hatsolilhal using crafting P.Stone and not the one that you can buy from Santa (post game)

A little trick to tell if you've made the absolute BEST weapon for someone: Just check the sell rate, I gather they sell for 270,000 Fol (except the Engineering ones: Elena's sells for 351k. Marielle's sells for 297k). It doesn't need to be the VERY best in terms of either completing the story or the 1st post-game dungeon though. Depending on your personal needs, you may wish to conserve SP by grinding I.C. skills the conventional way instead of spending SP on it. However don't pay too much heed to doomsaying that there's not enough SP to max out EVERYTHING! Whereas that's initially true, there's plenty enough to max out what you need and you can buy SP seeds from Santa in post-game and find some elsewhere. Elena and Marielle's weapons are made with engineering. For best results use Integration Devices though these are hard to get until postgame. Nina, Albaird, Malkya and Midas's weapons are made with crafting. The rest are made with smithery. Armour is all made with crafting. Nina and Midas requires cloth instead of ingots, preferably Runic Clothes, which again are hard to get until postgame. There's a MUCH better way to get Exalithium Crystals (and possibly even Philosopher's Stones) here: kzbin.info/www/bejne/j2SxpJ-Zn76gjrc It requires quite a strong party though whereas this way can be done as soon as you've unlocked the respective Item Creation categories. You barely need weapons at all once you're LV 255, which is VERY easy to achieve with the right trait synthesis.

If we have that kind of strong squad to beat the enemy as shown in the new video, we no longer need to break the game (or already break the game), and thus lose the need to break the game with IC... I mean this video (progressive upgrading metal) serves the purpose more properly.

@@adminguy Right, they're progressive guides based on where different people are in the game. Early to mid-game use this. Once you've done that well enough to beat the highest level Delve enemies, use that, then once you're postgame simply buy the materials from Santa.

I got 9 Dark matter now, Laeticia is being a bitch and won't craft anything good with it right now....just need 3 more Tri-emblems, more than that if I can get them. But ya...3 more is all I ask. lol....craft-fail-craft-fail-reload game.....rinse and repeat for the last ten min. I'm going back and forth of doing that and going back to Albaird to try to make Meteorite. It's sort of tedious annoyance that never seems to end lol

You can just find anything with that trait and synthesize it onto whatever you want if your synthesis level is high enough.

My personal notices on the best weapons. Guessing Ray is the only one with a extremely strong weapon and none of them are actually required. Elena: Has a weapon that has 4.3k atk for both atk/int Ray: Only character with a weapon that goes to 6800 Marielle: Strongest weapon I've gotten was 3.3k atk/int Nina: A weapon with 5666 int and 752 guts

I do believe you have to actually craft with that character to get their best weapon - only Ray can make his weapon via smithing, only Elena can make hers via engineering, etc

@@jlandejr I heard you have to craft Nina's with Maklya with a "specific item" but they wouldn't say what the item was. I had some tries with Solemn Cloth and that went nowhere but it could just be a bad run.

@@KingX Nina's would probably need to be crafted with Nina (though I can't say for certain if Malkya would work or not, haven't gotten around to it yet) with stones, not cloth - if specific item probably a philosophers stone, maybe an exalithium crystal. I assume the cloth only makes armor and maybe some accessories. The stones will create weapons and accessories

i got lots of philosophers stones in chapter 2. you dont have to wait til the end. you just need alchemy and craft mithrils til you get to metorites and then the crystals and go from there

I was doing good until now....trying to use the moonstones to make meteorite but he straight up REFUSES to create it. I got him at level ten, I got I find my self reloading my game every minute....is there an item that helps create rare stuff faster????? because I';ve been trying to create meteroite for the last 20 minutes

Meteorite is just really BAD to make with Moonstone for some reason. Weirdly enough making the next (final) one up WITH Meteorite is really easy... As I recall I eventually did get a Meteorite that way but ultimately would farm them from high level enemies at the Delve.

@@KingX I was able to craft 4....pure luck. Can't make anymore. Or he refuses again lol....I went to the delve recently, faught a bunch of those little worm things. Made like 18k of experience. After that no other enemy wants to show up there anymore. I haven't looked up how the Delve "works" lol early on in my game there was a giant frog down there that 1 shotted me lol but it changed to those worms which I was able to beat in less than 5 min. They didn't drop 1 item at all. I think there was like 10 of them in there....
