I'm surprised that you went through all this effort but failed to compare the most important images, south hemisphere facing south (clockwise rotation) and north hemisphere facing north (ccw), where the opposite rotation of the two poles is made evident. It's the right footage edited in a less than ideal way. Anyway you proved the rotation of the globe. This and the fact that the stars we see are different from each position are great evidence of the globe. thanks.

Ron McCaffrey - Quite the opposite it's proved there is no movement around a star. Where is the lateral movement from an object travelling 66,000 miles an hour .... ? The stars should look like a timelapse of a frown. If it were a Globe with movement .... don't believe me ..... get some pens stand still and draw a rotation... Now do it on the move as the earth is meant to be ... what's that .. YOU CANT. HMMM . Well there's a surprise.
@karce19816 жыл бұрын
Here's an experiment for you... if you know anyone around the world, preferably Australia and Iceland, for example, or New Zealand and Canada, or Russia and Argentina, etc (one northern country, and one southern country)... ask them to take a slow shutter (long exposure) image of a clear night's sky, person in southern country takes a picture of the southern sky, and the northern country takes a picture of the northern sky... get them to have a slow enough exposure that it can capture the movement of the stars (perhaps a 5-10 minute exposure length). Then compare the two. Also note that BOTH are pointing upwards to the night sky in their respective countries. After you've looked at that, go to public park that has a playground. Hopefully it'll have one of those sit-and-spins, you know, the big ones that 4-8 people can sit on while it spins around... Slowly spin it and stand on it. While you're spinning. look up at the sky... You'll see the sky spinning. Then look down to your feet, you won't see the ground, instead you'll see the floor of the sit-and-spin because you're standing on it. In order to replicate the photographs, you would have to be underneath the sit-and-spin to see the actual ground move, where the perception of rotation is opposite. If you can prove to me that the stars go the same way in both Iceland (facing north sky) and Argentina (facing south sky), then you have convinced me the earth is flat.
@GarrettFogerlie6 жыл бұрын
karce1981 I don’t think your sit & spin idea makes sense. Think of it with a see through base, as you look from the sky down to the ground then to the edge of the spinning thing (you’re facing away from center,) the ground would be spinning the same way when you look through it; if it was perfectly see through you wouldn’t know for sure where its edge is. Perhaps you meant if you stood on the bottom with you feet on the spinning thing and your head close to the ground. Even then, the spin would appear the same depending what way you’re facing. Nevertheless I don’t know how your example was supposed to help anything, especially since you just said you’re looking upward. If you’re in the south facing north and look up, the stars would make a smile type of motion. However if you face south (still in the south,) they would make a frown. If you’re in the north, facing south they would make a frown too; but if you faced north they would make a smile. Your question/example just seems convoluted (as I’m sure my reply does,) nevertheless there are numerous examples that prove that the earth cannot be flat. The motion of the southern stars viewed from the Southern Hemisphere is a great one since south on a flat earth is away from north so there are an almost limitless “souths” that face different directions yet we see the same stars and behavior when viewed from these locations.

@@erickedmondromanharris1549 He keeps saying perspective, yet seems to have no understanding about perspective. And at 2:24 he shows an illustration of how a dome would show two curves like that, while ignoring all the other problems that illustration gives his flat earth idea. Here are three obvious huge flaws: 1. According to the illustration, the northern star must be near the edge of the flat earth, yet when you stand near the northern pole, the northern star appears to be almost directly up. 2. According to the illustration, the southern pole stars can not be visible from anywhere, yet clearly they are. 3. According to the illustration, the southern stars can only be seen south of one side of the flat earth at a time. Yet in reality, people can see the same southern stars to the south from South-Africa, South-America and Australia at the same time. This is the problem when you create an add hawk explanation. It only explains one single aspect of a phenomena. As soon as you consider the other aspects of it, it falls apart. As for the glass bowl thing, no that's not how refraction works. It's difficult to explain exactly why he's got this add hawk explanation so wrong without being able to illustrate it for you, but like the previous example, this excuse falls apart as soon as you test it in any way. For example, the bowl idea should only create one curving pattern, not two. Also, this explanation directly contradicts the previous explanation. And then for the duplicate image in a curved mirror. Where do I even begin. The sky's a mirror now? What? And if this is the case, why can't we see the same stars duplicated from various points on earth? And this warped mirror sky idea again directly contradicts the previous two explanations. I don't know how a person can find any of these explanations satisfying.

The stars overhead would "travel" east to west from one horizon to the next. The view at 45° wouldn't be any different, would just matter which direction is being observed overall between north and south. Along the equator, looking on a 45° angle upwards and towards the east you would see the stars spread out over from the horizon overhead and then taper back into the horizon to the west.

This is Evidence that the Earth is Flat. Watch the Video Closely. When observing the northern sky, the star's diurnal motion appears counterclockwise both in Arizona and in Australia. When observing the southern sky, the star's diurnal motion appears clockwise in both Arizona and Australia. When observing the western sky, the western sky of Arizona is equivalent to the eastern sky of Australia, making the star's motion appear opposite. The same applies when observing the eastern sky. If the Earth were spherical, the star's diurnal motion in Australia would always be observed as clockwise, and in Arizona, it would always be observed as counterclockwise. However, the time-lapse video does not show this pattern. Conclusion: This provides strong evidence that the stars are rotating within a dome over a flat, disc-shaped Earth.

Now continue rotating the globe from west to east but stare at the south pole. Notice how it's now rotating clockwise... Also notice how, because the earth is rotating from west to east, the apparent motion of the stars is to go from east to west. It all makes perfect sense on the globe model. The FE model contends that the Zillion stars in the sky are all miraculously locked together, completing concentric circles of various sizes every 24 hours and never changing constellation.
@thephaneron36766 жыл бұрын
The reason for the "mirror image" effect is simple; both long exposure POV's are looking north and south, respectively, yet the stars across both hemispheres still move along an *east to west* orientation! Derp. The very fact that *lines of longitude* in the southern skies *converge* in on a celestial pivot point (directly above the south terrestrial pole), as opposed to *diverging* radially out in a horizontal, omnidirectional clusterfuck smeared all over the 360 degree panorama proves earth's rotundity beyond all shadow of a doubt. Furthermore, the altitude of the south celestial pole from the horizon (and thus it's degrees from the local zenith) corresponds perfectly with the observer's *latitude.* The sky is a *celestial sphere* that can ONLY be accurately translated into a *star globe...* NOT a star "dome." Lmao!!

To everyone living in the northern hemisphere, this is what we see in the southern hemisphere, stars rotating around the south pole. Satellite's, plane's at flight according to thier flight plan. If you had reson to investigate deeper. Southern lights following a solar wind burst. That was seen easily from the north island Auckland. There is no reason to have delusional issues here in the South. I am about to do star trails hopefully I will get a chance when down in south island.

i agree we can't infer the shape of the earth from the stars. however, the mirror explanation doesn't sit well with me. look up the astrolabe. it shows the main constellations on a flat rotating disc. It was used for at least 1500 years for navigation and science. Meaning, the stars above us, regardless of their APPARENT motions, could very well be flat and circular, rotating around a single point. Another excellent point I've heard very few people point out, is the video from Australia you're using shows several rotations in their timelapse, but in their picture, they only show a very short star trail. If you study closely, you can see the point of rotation is actually moving across the sky as well. This fits in with claims the southern pole stars can't be seen from all meridian lines at once.
@nsnogren7 жыл бұрын
Another point i forgot, the southern "hemisphere" has roughly 50% more constellations than the northern. This also fits a flat plane belief, since the inner circle has less area than the outer ring.
@nsnogren7 жыл бұрын
Actually there's another point as well. The book of Enoch, while i haven't read the whole thing myself, beautifully explains star motions. (see flat water's channels, he reads a lot of texts out loud) Enoch saw some stars going in and out of portals, and other stars which never set. That also could help explain. Southern stars may have portals, explaining how they appear only for a portion of the night for each meridian, while the northern stars, remaining above the horizon all night for every meridian, never set.
@SerbianConspiracy7 жыл бұрын
Didnt know that center of rotation is moving too. will check that
@TheRealCreepinogie6 жыл бұрын
Actually, the vertical angles from any location of Earth to any star plotted on a sphere makes sense, it doesn't on a flat surface. For example, the angle to either celestial pole is equal to the observers latitude. Each degree of latitude represents 69 miles along the surface of the Earth as measured. This is a constant distance anywhere on Earth. Impossible on a flat plane.
@doocheit6 жыл бұрын
nsnogren So then why does everything rotate around a single point when facing south in southern hamisphere?
@nofanfare74266 жыл бұрын
THANK YOU!!!!! This confirms what I have been looking into. I started looking at Stellarium Software to see if I could find mirrored similarities. I looked at Ursa Major in the northern hemisphere and if you mirror that image then rotate it 180 degrees there is a star cluster almost same shape and position, like if you looked into a spoon which you could say is a portion of a dome. Also the constellation Cassiopeia is in near the same spot as The Southern Cross. I took it further and made a SMALL model with stars at top and recorded reflection with my phone inside the dome on a lazy susan geo location shifter which answered the troll Gerard Frensons question on how can we see the same constellations when looking three different directions on the flat earth, he went totally cut and paste nuts in the comments LOL. Found you at jazla111 Thumbs Up And Subscribed :)
@SerbianConspiracy6 жыл бұрын
Thanks :) so you say that stars can me like mirrored from north hemisphere?
@nofanfare74266 жыл бұрын
I started to think that way yes. When I checked the idea with Stellarium it confirmed it to me, then a further confirmation with the model I built. The model is in no way sophisticated but it shows at least how stars follow you around like if you could move from Australia to South Africa as if on a record player turntable, the curved reflective surface.mirrors the stars at your vantage point. Also (In the model) as you leave the stars still and move your geo location clockwise the stars rotation then in the reflection go anti clockwise and the stars position match up with stellarium as well. If you want links to the vids I'll drop them here :)

It would be good to check more. we see same horoscop constelations in same time from south and north just upside down
@nofanfare74266 жыл бұрын
Exactly. I also did a video (I'm not saying it's correct or not) where I was checking out in a low end 3D program if I could morph Cassiopeia into The Southern Cross. I got it by changing the view angle a bit. It was just a matter of how the stars were arranged, I didn't get them perfect but it was a time consuming battle to get as far as I got..

the images are presented in a misleading way. What matters is that: *when you look North in the north, trail rotates counter clockwise.* *When you look to the south in the south, trail rotates clockwise.* That's why star trails prove the globe. Not to mention that you are seeing totally different stars in both places, which couldn't happen on a plain surface.
@gameoforbits37837 жыл бұрын
+Ek1zde the fact that there's 2 poles of rotation in itself shows a globe planet. The fact that their rotation is CCW and CW follows by direct logic.

We are in a Torus hologram folks . Two opposing vortices stacked one n top of the other . Its both flat and global at the same time just like the stars rotate clockwise country clockwise at her SAME TIME . In one single motion we get two opposite direction . Like when we walk for example , our arms and legs move in opposite directions . Our arms arm the upper vortex and the legs are the lower set .
@thephaneron36766 жыл бұрын
*+mils* Terrible explanation. Both celestial hemispheres contain entirely unique sets of stars.
@thephaneron36766 жыл бұрын
*+mils* Seriously, think for just one second: All stars (both circumpolar and equatorial) move along an *east to west* orientation; they all move in the *exact same direction.* The only difference is that a) both hemispheres are quite literally *upside down* relative to one another, and b) the perspective (i.e. north or south POV) has changed. It's how we get the *Coriolis effect.*
@DavidZimbeck6 жыл бұрын
