❤❤😂🤣 SO hilarious seeing you sitting in the Captains chair ! I really liked the early sets that looked like they were done in a basement somewhere - like when they were supposed to be outside on other planets ! This was all SUPER COOL .. Where was this ? OMG THE TRANSPORTER !! How much fun they must have had. LOVED THIS 😊!

My wife surprised me with a tour there a few months ago and it was amazing. We uploaded it to our KZbin channels. Also, we’d love to see more content about your radio job since we are fascinated by that type of content- especially since I’m a huge Coast to Coast AM/Art Bell fan. P.S. Sarasota Tim is the worst.

Awesome, where is that? I once went to the Star Trek Experience at the Las Vegas Hilton in the year 2002. It had similar sets, and they did a live reenactment with actors

@8:37, That "lamp shade" gets knocked over in one episode and I thought it was really a waste basket. But yeah, its the classic shape of a lamp shade. LOL. I think it was the fight scene in Mirror mirror when Checkov tried to have Kirk assassinated.

@@MainStreetMoments STC alum here. STC was not shut down. On the contrary, CBS looked the other way to allow us to complete production. No stories were written nor funded past the 11 episodes.

I didn't realize Auxiliary Control was a set / room unto itself. I always thought they just put up a partition in engineering to make it look a bit different, then wheeled a new console in front of the partition. Every time I see that red metal mesh, I assume that is what's happening, just a redress of Engineering because they did that so many times.
