Jared Coleman yeah but not everyone remembers that. Besides that was prosthetic cybernetic eyes updates with the latest tech, his visor probably seen different from his actual implants in First Contact.

We can already build viewing devices similar to Geordi's. Anyone with a Raspberry Pi and some time can do it. Perhaps not as elegant as something from the 2300s, but we're well on our way.

Yeah 30 dollars for a ship is somewhat expensive.

It may take a while but it is possible to get tier 6 ships without paying.

Yeah I dont want to pay $30 for a ship. But I dont want to convert the Dilithium to zen either. That would take about 4 months, at an exchange rate of 1 zen/300 dilithium. So its eaiser to pay... Sadly thats what im about to do.
