Someone your age should know better than to shit on younger people for what makes them feel nostalgic. The bridges of the Enterprise E, Voyager and Enterprise NX-01 were very dimly lit. Made you feel like you were actually in space. The Kelvin Timeline bridge is too bright.

@@undeadknight01 A perfect Kelvin timeline Enterprise would begin with replacing all that white with light greys. Keep the rest of the colors, I think they look lovely. The new Enterprise is bigger than the original, but I think I can accept that knowing the whole Kelvin timeline is just the longest running time travel episode in the series, so things changed in ways they shouldn't have. The nacelles need to have that ugly base of the neck removed, and I think the hoods add a nice bit of extra depth. Space the nacelles farther apart, add a few more straight lines to some of the curves, and paint the hull a touch darker in tone and it may be the definitive Enterprise of our century. ...which is not to say it's a high bar to beat, given they had to retroactively change the Enterprise in Discovery to make their new ship designs not look as out of place as they are.

@@terran6686 Light greys would indeed look better. Closer to starships in the Prime Timeline. I don't mind the nacelles or the curved struts. It reminds me of the Enterprise Refit from The Motion Picture.

@@terran6686 Once you play games like the good old classic Master of Orion, understanding the Kelvin Enterprise is so big is easy. Starfleet rushed out technologies that were even just remotely theorized like, know why Starfleet can travel so fast to Vulcan? It's not because it's conventional warp. It's actually transwarp, the kind of technology they tested on the Enterprise-B ( _Excelsior class_ ). A lot of the weapons take up room and space as well. In short, none of the technologies have entered the miniaturization phase. They're all huge in order to function. Why I bring up Master of Orion is because when you first research weapons, let's say Phasers. You can barely fit one onto a small hull. By research a few other stuff and reach miniaturization and suddenly you can fit a dozen on it. Don't even need to look that far, just look to our own history. The first computer was two stories high and now, we all carry a computer that's more advanced / have more processing power than anything from 1970's in our pocket - all in a convenient size of a phone.

If you talk about the repeated beep, you can have a clean one at the very end of 2009 End Credit. Just after the music stop, during the logos, you have a warp sound and the beep after to close the movie. :) If it's not that sound, could you give me a time code, please? :)

Hey dude! The font used is Changeling. There are differents variations and this font is used in 09 and Into Darkness on the screens and panels of the Enterprise. The font may be difficult to found.

I think not but we do not have much quiet moments on the bridge in Beyond. Same as '09 and Into Darkness for sure. Beyond use a lot of sound from thoses movies too. :)

No... but it’s kinda funny because in Star Trek 2009 and into Darkness that beeping sound more inside the bridge than outside. In Star Trek Beyond when the movie stars you see The Enterprise beauty shot outside of little aliens planet and the beeping sounds outside the ship not inside the bridge. Kinda funny
