1 of my favorite details in this episode is how Sabines confidence disappears the moment Shin pulls out her Lightsaber because Sabine realizes she is most likely fighting someone thats Force Sensitive and she doesnt stand a chance against her with just a Lightsaber but she cant back off to get her gear ar that point so she has to try anyway. Sabine is skilled with a Lightsaber sure but that doesnt mean shit against a Force Sensitive

13:00 Dave Filoni confirmed Ezra and Sabine's relationship was also meant to be platonic

Anybody else get Fifth Element vibes when Ahsoka was playing Tomb Raider in the Dark Sister's temple? It was fun seeing Clancy Brown in the Star Wars universe. I was sure Sabine was going to summon a Cenobite when figuring out the map. Sabine looked awesome using a lightsaber. Looking forward to seeing what else she can do. P.S. Rob rocks

Great reaction, LOP Brothers. This was an excellent Premiere. Probably the most authentic live-action Star Wars content We've gotten since George Lucas sold the company. In Dave Filoni, We trust. Yes, R.I.P. Ray Stevenson...good tribute. I loved that Clancy Brown is continuing to portray the character of Governor Ryder Azadi (hope We see more of him throughout both the live-action and Animated branches of The Mandoverse). Stuart, just so you know: JEDI: Survivor has connections to both major/minor elements in The Mandoverse and The High Republic...the opening to the video game is EXCELLENT...wait until you meet the corrupt Senator Daho Sejan...THE DRIP coming off of that guy. I truly hope he shows up in The Bad Batch, because it's rather obvious that he's had his hands in devious things, since the beginning of The Empire. May The Force Be With You, Stuart, Rob, and Ross.

I think people who have not seen episodes of Clone Wars / Rebels will have a hard time working out who and what these people are up to. But overall I like this so far. I like the idea of being neither Jedi nor Sith.. something in between?

Yeah it’s definitely a follow on. Looking forward to see where it goes

I agree. Like I think you can follow along with who the characters are but the associated emotions are not there for those who haven't seen Rebels. You know basic info (Ahsoka = former Jedi, Sabine = Mandalorian who trained with Ahsoka, Hera = Rebel General, Ezra = their friend, a Jedi, who sacrificed himself during the rebellion, Thrawn = Grand Admiral and a threat) but you don't really understand how important and dangerous Thrawn is and why they care about Ezra so much for example. Of course, as a Rebels fan I'm digging seeing all these Rebels elements in live-action and a continuation of that storyline but I wonder how non-Rebels watchers feel about the characters.
