There is one more blink and you'll miss shot of him on Jabba's sail barge. In the scene where R2 scoots past boba and jabba on the barge before han tells jabba he won't get pleasure, max is in the left most corner

@@starwarsmusicanalysis Also this gives more proof that max doesnt have legs. if we see none as you can see that if max had legs he would be sitting like droopy and you can see his "ears" move but they look more like arms/flippers

That’s interesting. I never thought to consider that shot for deciding this before. I still think the ears are just ears, but the recent Kenobi novel seemed to suggest that Ortolans like to live in water. So maybe they were flippers that turn into ears later in life. Sort of like the life cycle of a tadpole to a frog.

Sy definitely needed that surgery. The only part of that scene I really can’t stand is when Yowza yells into the camera because it slightly breaks the fourth wall just to show off the CGI.

Joh Yowza has always looked cartoony to me. Especially the unnecessary moment when he puts his open mouth up to the camera. I think that’s the worst part of the scene for me. Sy is not as bad but that was cutting edge graphics for the time. I think we’ve just gotten so much more spoiled since then. Do you have a favorite band member? (Other than Max of course)
