Speaking of miniatures, as much as I love Star Wars, there are sooooo MANY Star Wars builds, I've been thinking I might try a 40k build. It has a LOT in common with the Star Wars / 70's-80's Sci-Fi look. But throws in some gothic details like gothic arches, buttresses, skulls, robed figures, angelic beings and it also has a lot of steampunk details, like gears, pipes, fans, vents and various industrial details. Aaaand since in addition to being a Star Wars fan, I'm a goth and I love steampunk too. I think a 40k build would allow me to blend my love of gothic architecture, steampunk industry and Star Wars-ian greeblies into one thing.
@TheSmugglersRoom2 жыл бұрын
LOVE IT! I'm with you totally. The 40k stuff is really cool. I think you actually turned me on to Black Magic Craft right? Love his stuff, and enjoyed his 40k builds.

@@TheSmugglersRoom Aye, I did indeed recommend his channel to you. I watch a fair few geeky creative and crafting channels. I'm also the guy who made those pixel art faces of you lol, btw did you ever use them for anything in the end? Yeah, sadly it'll be a while before I can do a proper build, its mostly be small decorative stuff for a while as I live in a rented house. Hoping when I get a new job I can buy a bus, coach, coachbuilt horsebox or tiny house to use as my geek build project.
