Any episode with Jar Jar just makes things so dumb and stupid, and it is great. Most clumsy stupid characters are annoying. Not Jar Jar. That line is why. C3PO and Padme know how clumsy Jar Jar is, to the point that they just move on from his shenanigans once they find out. It's great.
