This update looks so good, I purchased the series when they were released in the 90s; great games!

I remember playing the original at my friend’s apartment on Governor’s Island in NYC for a full night until dawn, and I had to go to work the following day. So he made up something called “liquid jumper cables”. A mix of coffee and espresso. I still make it to this day and one g of that stuff kept me up for a solid 24 hours. Meth ain’t got a damn thing on liquid jumper cables.

@@ramathorn1982 I looked it up. Looks like it uses X-wing Alliance and found on ModDB Brave Search's AI Answer: TIE Fighter TFTC The TIE Fighter Total Conversion (TFTC) is a fan-made mod that ports the original 1994 LucasArts game TIE Fighter into the 1999 X-Wing Alliance (XWA) engine. This project offers a complete overhaul of the game, enhancing graphics and gameplay. It includes all 13 original Tour of Duty campaigns and their training missions, preserving original voiceovers, cutscenes, and most medals and Secret Order tattoo awards. The mod also features nine reimagined Tour of Duty campaigns, taking advantage of the improved XWA engine to envision what TIE Fighter could have been if technology had not limited it. As of the latest update on October 28, 2024, TFTC Version 1.3.4a was released. TFTC is built upon the X-Wing Alliance Upgrade (XWAU) project, which provides better visuals and even VR support, bringing the game into the modern era. However, it is important to note that the mod is not compatible with XWAU 2024, and users should use XWAU 2020 instead.
