She would go into the bathroom and 3 walls of the stall she used were covered in brown splatter. We eventually started to put up a sign out of order when we would see her driving in.

I used to work for a popular gas station. In poor parts of town, you'll see pooh on the floor a little too often. It's because in Central America, in many parts you cannot flush pooh. It is a strain on the water system. We started putting little garbage cans in the stalls. It worked. They would pooh in the garbage can. It makes me sick thinking about it.

There was one night during a WWE PPV and there was this woman who was mostly intoxicated that went into the bathroom and apparently shit on the bathroom floor. Sadly on the Heimlich Maneuver story, the customer would be in the right... In training to be CPR certified they mention that for both CPR and the Heimlich that you have to ask the person or the person's gaurdian for consent before performing the procedure or that you could be sued for literally saving someones' life. :/ its dumb but it is what it is

I used to work at mcdonalds for close to five years and one of the first things i did was clean up shit that was all over the floor toilet and back wall in the big stall in the womens bathroom. I apparently did such a good job cleaning it that i got a guy his keys for it he became a manager after my dirty work. You ever seen the awful movie Air Bud 2? One of the directors was a manager at the Starbucks in a city near me. One of my ex's worked there. She wasn't the type to take crap. Some guy in a really expensive suit came in and told her "She should smile more." She literally power pushed the cup off the counter and all over this git. And in her best deadpan, said - "I'm sorry, let me go get my manager." Never mess with customer service people. You never know when you might piss off the wrong one haha.

Do I have a story for you. I worked with this one boss. She was racist, sexist and homophobic. She would re-label all the expired food to keep it for an extra week. She also cleaned the toilet with the coffee cleaning brush. She also threatened one of my coworkers with his job because she was too lazy to help him find a replacement. He was despite as he was ABOUT TO HAVE HIS HEART RESTARTED AS HIS HEART WAS FAILING! She would routinely try to sleep with any male underling. When we all finally had enough gathered 8 pages, front and back worth of statements from coworkers and customers and photo evidence of everything she did. HR not only spilled the beans on who made the report, I took the fall because I was transferring anyway. This was 6 years ago, she still is there despite literally groping guys while they were working. Customer stories!!!! Had a customer come up with a crazy drink she got twice a day. It was a vanilla bean frapp that consisted of: (I am missing 2 steps it has been 5 years, sorry) 3 shots, 2 decaf 2 level scoops of vanilla bean 2 level scoops of java chips 1/8 pump of peppermint. all in a venti cup. Another story! Now the boss I mentioned before, well she also sucked when it came to banning people. We had this woman who came in and stole all the time. She would routinely lock herself in the bathroom for 1-3 hours after we closed and no she refused to let us call the cops or be on the clock. The lady also would leave her used adult diapers in the bathroom. . . . I have so many stories as I was there for 6 years. It was hell, dude I worked in China as a teacher and I hate kids. (I am great with them though) and even that was nothing compared to Starbucks. The expect impossible standards especially with how understaffed we are. Also, yah the poo thing happened to ever store I worked at. We called them poo-tsunamis they happened so often. Not going to lie, I never had to clean up those messes as I said I would quit on the spot and walk off.

Okay. Lol. I worked at Starbucks for almost 4 years and all that never happened. We mostly had employee drama. A man punched a lady once in the parking lot. And there used to a crazy old man who would smear his poop on the walls. But we solved that by blocking of the bathroom when we saw him coming. But over the course of 4 years it's not like it was the sum of my experience. The sum of experience was working hard. Being understaffed. And if we were over staffed OF COURSE AT LEAST ONE PERSON DECIDED TO BE LAZY AND IT WAS LIKE WE DIDNT HAVE AN EXTRA PERSON. 🙄😩 I remember there always being a core of hard works who kept the store going. And there was always 2 or 3 who were lazy and we had to pick up their slack. And of course the traditional night vs day shift stuff but honestly it was mostly lazy vs. hard workers. You remember your coworkers more since they are who you are with 40 hrs a week and you only see that customer good or bad for 5 minutes. 🤷‍♀️ That was pretty much it.
