I feel like this kind of play is Harstems weakness, I've seen him analyze the hell out of regular gameplay, figure out what he should have done, and then execute that exceptionally well the next time it comes up, but with Bly any previous strategy/tactics improvements go out the window.

Protoss has so many ways to lose the early game unfortunately. Wish you could at leas phase pylons out of existence at the temporary loss of supply till your ready to phase it back in. (Like letting depots up and down) but alas... door tech is too big brain for that race apparently.

The first game was amazing. Bly basically confuse the heck of his opponent by throwing every tactic at him. From the early block to the different units attack. Had the game gone longer we would probably see BloodLords and Infestors combo again. LOL

I have always been a bit scared of vs matches so I have probably only played about 20 matches of vs out of my 10 years of playing. I just played one of my first ever ranked games as protoss and got platinum 2 and I am unsure if that is good. It was a PvT and I blocked them from getting a natural with batteries and adepts, doing so pressured them into going siege tanks and liberators but I countered them with void rays and stalkers. After I killed their tanks they left. You and Harstem's videos have both both informative and entertaining, well done :)

3:54, 12:30, the part about the lack of door technology honestly hits close to home. Its really stupid how much value zergling runbys continue to deliver in the mid game even at pro levels. As a fix to both game balancing and starcraft lore, I suggest a research allowing for protoss units to phase through protoss structures when they are powered. The research should cost around 100 minerals and 175 gas and be unlockable through the forge (with the resource premium to account for its hard counter nature against speedlings). Understandably zerg game mechanics revolves around flexibility and superior positioning, with key protoss strengths being having the strongest single units and spell utility (think recall, warpgate, shield overcharge etc). This will allow for a more balanced trade in the mid game while not diminishing the strength of early or late game zergling runby.

12 pool is a spawning pool at 12 workers. Instead of making workers at the start of the game you gather up 200 minerals and build the spawning pool first. Then as soon as it finishes you make some zerglings and attack. Its the earliest zergling attack you can do.

Delay the natural, build second gateway + cybercore. Chrono one zealot to defend. Don't get supply block, make an adept or stalker. Get ready to add a second layer to your wall. Try to scout if it's a baneling bust follow up or just pure lings.
