I enjoy the most your analysis of the steps you have to take to win with this strategy. Like "I take bad trades, because those are the only trades I'm gonna get" and literally body blocking space on the map with buildings because there's nothing else to stand ground like boys or tanks. Being aware of the disadvantage and use it for your advantage it's some real aikido and craft.

Your imagination is pretty wild if you think Marc would mess up that badly to a few big slow highly visible units when he's constantly splitting and dodging ghosts. At that point, why not just imagine babymarine nuking all of Marc's Ravens at the same time? Or Marc accidentally quitting the game?

I could see it working in some scenarios, but I do think interference matrix is the biggest problem with a thor strat, and why it's a subpar strategy. I'm pretty sure he's also played against Thor before, I seem to recall seeing auto turrets kill thors

Challenge idea: Contamination Focus on making mass Overseers to Contaminate your opponent. Supplement with other zerg units for defence and support for the Overseers. Utilize the fact Overseers are free of supply and you can have whole carpet of them. In the spirit of "contamination", consider spreading Creep in your opponent's base and potential expansion areas (eg using Overlords, Queen drops, proxy Hatch openings, etc) Contaminate sounds like a fun ability that have huge potential if done ad nauseam, but I've seen it being used perhaps only once or twice...
