Amon's terraforming of Veridia Prime has ravaged the planet's resources. You must brave catastrophic environmental conditions in order to secure the materials needed to build your army. Use caution, but don't delay. Every passing second brings the planet closer to destruction.
Slim Pickings: Player worker units gather resources at a reduced rate, but resource pickups spawn throughout the map.
Self-Destruction: Enemy units explode and deal damage to friendly player units upon death.
Twister: Tornadoes move across the map, damaging and knocking back player units in their path.

17:21 was a one shot, at 20:05 were multiple reaver shots. I guess it was some sort of Hybrid Feedback ability (and I though last mutation's Nova snipes were horrible).

5:22 - You were remembering blizzards, not twisters. 13:56 - Yay, you used Kerrigan's Omega Worms! It's actually stupid that we can't use the worms to transport the workers back to the base. 14:50 - Aaaaand proceed to spend money on that airlift instead of using the worms that are already there ._. 15:43 - I'm not sure if you notice, but the enemy waves retreat to high ground when the lava is about to come up. That means you could have parked your units where they were, and just snuck in your workers as the enemy units are up the ramp and JUST BEFORE the lava rises. You would have saved your two Ravens too. [Air units can't go in the Omega Worms]

You can't load workers into anything if they're holding crystals, mission would be a complete cakewalk for some commanders otherwise

Kerrigan's definitely mvp in this mutation. assimilation aura for extra resources, improved immobilization wave to insta kill most of an attack wave, and you have nydus worms for fast transport which lets you avoid the storms.

Your Drones/SCVs will mine their value. I did some calculations and in normal game your SCV takes around one minute (depending on saturation) to mine 50 minerals. With only 1 mineral per cycle it leads to your SCVs paying for themselve in about 5 minutes. Considering that that mission would last fex 25 minutes and that in average all your SCVs would be done by minute 5 it would lead you to 15 minutes of profit mining (25 game length - 5 time to pay for themselve -5 average time of game where all SCV finished) Ie each SCV you make will make you net profit of 150 minerals over entire game.

when playing nova i feel like you want to spam your raven turret as much as possible to make them tank the dmg,thats why im always rushing the upgrate to give 3 turret/drone charge

Wouldn't Vorazun's Dark Pylon Recall work for this mission? Just recall your workers right to your main by the stabilizer for a fast and safe turn in. Also her DT's and Archons are very strong units with a ton of potential in addition to the automated assimilators so less worker needed to saturate. and easier time to collect the drops since no construction time is needed for buildings other than the drop.

Nope sorry, you can't use any sort of transport abilities on workers holding the crystals. I don't really see how saturating faster is gonna help since the amount of resources you get from mining is trivial in this mission. And protoss warp in is great and all but it isn't better in this mission than any other mission. It doesn't mean you don't have to commit a worker to gathering minerals in the early game. Everyone basically has one less worker to mine, no matter if you're protoss or not. TL;DR: I don't think Vorazun is any better than the other commanders but this mission is super easy anyways so it doesn't really matter.

The Nova Life Regen upgrade is pretty useless, especially compared to Snipe Energy Refund or Shotgun Range. Nova already regens at a ridiculous rate, not to mention Raven heals. If you're going to skip an upgrade at the Ghost Academy, its the Nova Life Regen one, not the weapon ones.

Wait, wait.. what?? Is this what SC2 has evolved to? Before the start of the match I seen the ***perks/traits. Or is it a Custom map?*** I stoped playing just a couple months after the 2nd Expansion came out, the same Time Diablo 3 died from bots/auction house.. I enjoy Customization, in-game grinding for amazing stuff. Can some of you *confirm* for me? That would be really great. I would actually start playing again, I had no idea. I randomly wound up viewing StarCraft 2 content today. Thinking "*wow hope that's real*" sort of thing.

it is for coop gamemode you get cool stuff every level for your commander, so for example on level 8 for raynor(for example) you will get access to call down a Hyperion Battlecruiser every 280 seconds or so after reaching level 15(max level for all commanders) you can get mastery points, mastery points is where you put points to get a % buff so you can put 8 points and get a 4% faster marine drop pod call down(for example)

We beat this mission using Artanis and Vorazun. We used nothing but Zealots (A) and Void Rays (V). We are silver/gold league players. We won with 3 seconds left and the most clutch time freeze you'll ever see. Had a lot of fun on this one.
