I remember when fungal rooted instead of ensnared. I also remember when you could shoot it while burrowed. It also did more damage once upon a time. None of these things matter to Serral.

Heromarine plays this style every so often, so he does have a lot of experience with it, he's just not as good with it as other terrans are which is why he rarely plays it. Kinda makes sense too. Very close game there, though.

I always thought that sneaking an infestor or 2 with burrow in the middle of the map, waiting for the terran to come, and then unburrowing, fungal to prevent the terran army from going into medivacs and ending it all with ling/bane would be huge I wanted to be the first to do this (in mid game tho, before hive tech)

Man HM really impressed me with that early game and how he just didn't let go of the gas. Anyone lesser than Serral would probably have fallen to the unrelenting attacks. Alas, the GOAT strikes again. Serral is a bit like creep; he just keeps going, slowly but surely, until he consumes everything. I entered this game telling myself that Serral was the favorite to win but I then spent about 30 minutes doubting that presumption.

If you are up for it, I got a challenge challenge Use only the workers to mine minerals and vespine. You can only make enough workers to mine vespine and minerals (6 for both vespine geysers and 16 for the minerals). For other bases later in the game, you can only use the workers that you made at the start of the match(s) Just thought this would be in interesting game
