always love it when it goes down to the last game, when you watch a game and its 2-1 or 3-1 you can normally tell by the video length who wins and it sucks because you can't really enjoy the last few games knowing the outcome, love these ones down to the wire!

16:20 Apollo is mistaken; Rain was up 3-1 against herO who then beat him 4-3. It was Soulkey who famously beat Innovation four maps in a row when Innovation won the first three maps.

Reading these comments: "Zerg OP"... "Protoss OP"... "SW OP"... "Tempest OP"... "My left nut OP"... Cripes, it was a very close 3-2 finish that came down to the last game which really could have gone either way. The only thing I see here that's OP are the whiny trolls who need to L2P.

I am on game four and I have to say I liked Rain before because he used unusual styles with potential. To see him back again with unusual styles still, is good to see. The styles he used were great but had too high of a counter possibility. That is a part of what defines the meta in this game. Many builds have high potential but also medium-high weakness. The meta is mostly based on what has potential with the lowest weakness', they are most often good but can be beaten by more specialized builds which require more practice and higher intel to pull off properly.

I'm just gold league so take what I say with a grain of salt, but does anyone else think being able to abduct the mothership core makes it fairly worthless? In every late game swarmhost vs tempest match I see, every single one, that mothership is abducted almost instantly. Every time. It never seems like it does much.

mothership is there so that the swarmhost siege cannot do much, it is not made for a big fight at the beginning(it does help but that is not the intention)

Sears Raiden It helps before the fight, but it seems useless in the fight. That just seems to be a shame to me. I see a huge mothership, I don't expect it to die instantly as the battle starts. I guess it's more of an issue with appearance and game logic than it is with balance.

and if not abductable its way op. abduct is the answer to sick awful strong heavy units which is crazy well protected by loads of tanky miniunits. game need big rebalancing if mothership is to be unabductable

andrew1007 Who says they're the best unit period? In this situation they are best because they have the extra long range, but he didn't even use oracle envision to the best effect. It's not the tempests that are meant to do the most damage though, it's the storms, which are easily countered by splitting but zergs seemingly never do that except here.

You dont have other choices you need tempest to counter brood lord as the biggest thread.. protoss doesnt have many units to counter brood lord since stalkers cant do much in the ground thanks to SH

watching this just gave me a great idea for the swarm hosts... burrow half of them and wait until the little guys are at a bout half health then burrow the other half it could be just me but that would be an excellent way to hold back an enemy army until you get the units you want right? someone should try this and tell me how it works... I would do it but my computer is kind of on the fritz :(

That would be financialy bad -- loosing 2 probes just to slow zerg income for max 3-5 sec -- so not worth it

Austin Mundy Apollo is pretty good, he knows different players' play styles very well.

Austin Mundy Wolf plays the game at the same level as Artosis but the difference is Artosis only analysis what he's sure of and lets games play out so he can make more accurate statements. Wolf on the other hand talks too much and tries to over analyse play leading to more bad calls. Wolf + Moonglade works quite well since Wolf can do the Tasteless / Valdez role 10X better than they can.
