i would say new cause some dialogue changes from year to year. now how many times i dont know but the green rain event i think you get the first reaction once and thats year 1 only.

you know you dont play the base game when something that has been in the game for years and you dont know about it. the blue print from clint. that was in before 1.5 update. and now got to add how when someone is at work they are in their uniform, that too has been in a long time. mods are great but play the base game when a update comes out. even go back once in awhile to remember where it came from.
