Something about a deck this heavily Stardust-themed not running Stardust just fucks me up That said, having watched some of the deck profiles that make the new Stardust retrain just for the aesthetic, I can definitely see why you’d cut it… the card is really cool but it unfortunately just isn’t like… better than anything in this ED and kind of eats up a lot of effort to make. Plus if these games proved anything it’s that u really don’t have the ED space to spare Unfortunate, but I’m sure Yusei will survive

Yea when I saw this I was like is he gonna play quasar or cosmic blazer or shooting majestic star…..but no he had to play this and it weirded me out. When you play a character themed deck you should play the level 11 or 12 synchro boss monsters. I feel like it’s a requirement but everyone can be different and it’s fine. Plus the boss monster isn’t that bad, besides it’s material requirement. I’m play this deck and I honestly think the boss monster is fine. Your getting so many cards off of hyper librarian why not just over commit your so far into the combo that if they break your board then they deserve it. That’s just my hot take

@@ChueyeeLo W.r.t. the level 11 and 12 boss monsters, they also allow you to step up through multiple lower-level synchros like Garden Rose Maiden, which allow you to extend your combo and trigger cards like Doppelwarrior. Also they have exceptionally powerful hard negates and OTK well.

Finally a deck that actually plays one of the aztec one card synchro packages, the only thing I dislike in synchrons is how quickly you burn through your extra deck, but that's also a recipe for fun games since the go very quickly.

I think the Majestic package is fine for running the deck at locals. The only true brick is the Omni Brotaur, and that's why I opt for Baby Mudragon instead, since it's a lot more flexible and you can discard it for Converter. That being said, the package does complicate deck-building somewhat, and while SMS Dragon is powerful, it can be pretty cumbersome to summon. I get why a lot of other builds go for it though, since without a Yusei-flavoured boss monster, the deck does feel a little less unique. Oh well. At least Satellite Warrior fucks up boards good and proper.

The fact you need a tuner that doesn't do anything besides making cards with "majestic" in their name are wont to doom that deck forever, for they're the hardest garnets in the universe, and I'm kinda sure anything that'd help make the synchros more easily would make them abused to hell and back on anything but a dedicated deck for them, as is tradition.

What Synchros need is this: Level Feeder-Level 1 Dark Insect If u control a Level 5 or higher monster, decrease its level by one and Special summon this card. U cannot Special Summon monsters from your ED except Synchros the turn u activate this effect.

To being actually fair, the Arriving Miracle combos just need 3 garnets: Arriving, Converging Wills Dragon, and Brotaur so you can always find a way to Doppel, without relaying in Chaos ruler, or more consistent to use with converter(but not being able to search for Doppel), Baby Mudragon. Playing 3 garnets for a reliable way of getting to Doppel and access to the new Majestic Boss monster it's the same that playing the Dragoon garnets, just that if you draw into Arriving or Converging there's no disruption in your combo. And I think you had game 2 against Drytron if instead of tributing the ant for Stardust Synchron, you could have tributed Cyberse Synchron, so you could have revived back with converter GY effect (and make Dawnwalker alive of you ended u drawing it). Besides all of that, there's an actual combo for protecting your Speeder of anything (including Nibiru or negate and destruction effects), but you need to play one more extra deck space (Garden Rose Maiden). For the combo you just need Converter and Stardust Synchron (there's already videos of the combo, but just so you can check them out), and even if it's a pain in the ass to add another Synchro in the extra, for protecting you from the worst nightmare of the deck, I really think it's worth checking it out.

@@KuroeNezumi as long as you don't draw brotaur and have a way to make junk speeder with your opener with no interaction you get shooting majestic star dragon and red supernova dragon. Things can get a bit rough with hand traps in this version of the deck but the nice thing is junk speeder makes red supernova dragon using stardust synchron and stardust syncrhon can get arrive in light if you don't have it in hand. Arrive in light gets you to draw converging wills dragon to the top of the deck then you summon red supernova to draw it summon it and brotaur which adds stardust trail to hand if you don't have a way to get her to grave.
