For all new players that were looking this up: I started the game this week for the first time and i recommend NOT picking the house trait. Yes, the house is nice aesthetically BUT, and this is a big BUT: you have to pay back the money it costs and the house is located in a super boring place where there is nothing to do. I would recommend just buying a house in a better location since this house feels so lonely in the middle of nowhere.

Thanks for the tour! Really love that Sleeping crate home at Neon. Those small closets are exactly what i was looking for and this is not sarcasm :D I wish that Trait where you raised up living in the streets of Neon would just give you a matress with some random crap surrounding you like a shopping cart or stuff in some alley of Neon and you just start the game from there. I really hope alternate start mod which eventually comes give options like this :)

Thanks! That last home seems ok. - pity ya can't create profiles from furnished homes; so that as you NG+ you can just refurb it from a profile with mats, (if you'd owned it already). - seeing as you'll have the skill reqs anyway.

What kind of other Quests you have to finish to get the New Atlantis Skyscraper Appartment? Buy the worse Appartment too? Or the Main Stoy maybe or something? I finished the Vanguard Quest but still didnt got that Penthouse. Or finish the Crimson Fleet Quest?

Do the mantis mission and all the uc and crimson fleet missions first to get you set to start looking for a house to decorate.

By the UC Vanguard questline do you mean the one that involves the Terrormorphs, and ladinidan, and the Space Port Attack on New Alnitis by Terrormorphs. Because I have completely finished it and the UC Sys Def and I can't access the Tower Penthouse because it says "Floor Access Restricted"
