One thing i noticed for the install of starui. For some the files need to be under the documents data folder and for others they need to be in the main game exe data folder. I had to switch those files from one to the other to work. I see that comment under their instructions too.

@@dleavyi heard this too. i have that "disable my games folder" mod installed so maybe that's also causing me problems. if vortex doesn't work - i'll do a fresh install and try the StarUI first to make usre i didn't mess something up while playing with other mods.

I am working on a video to help people setup mods with vortex and know more about installing mods with it. Right now, mods are in a weird spot because most mods still require some sort of manual work like dragging files around, changing file structures, or, adding code to the StarfieldCustom INI. But my video should help a bit!
