Not even NG+ ...New Atlantis (the whole cell) resets 2 time (at least) during quests, erasing the entire space. Many people have lost whole builds, just by playing as intended.

That's one of the reasons why I still play Final Fantasy XIV. You can go ham on interior design, then have people come over and chill/party, even open a RP restaurant. You get back what you put in when it comes to that game's housing. ....Now only if it had penthouses😵‍💫

That's amazing. I didn't even think there was nice furniture buildable in the game. It's almost too much stuff to the point of being cluttered, but such a great contrast from the barren tours you usually see. If only you could buy a complete interior layout like this instead of having to build it one piece at a time.

You can build exactly the same as you build in an outpost interior. You have the option with a switch next to the kitchen too (at least in new Atlantis)

Thanks for the kind words! There is a method where you drop the items, quicksave and reload. Honestly though, it hasn't happened too many times and when it does I just reset the item.

Hope you did all this after a certain story quest. Seriously awesome decorating though. I could never get anywhere near that. Certainly not without cheating to get all the bits and resources. Heck, even the fire extinguisher outside the apartment has stayed on the wall for you!

I bought the 1 bedroom in Akila and after putting stuff on shelves and counters then leaving and coming back in and seeing a bunch of stuff half sunk into the shelves only to fall through once I tried to grab them I knew to keep my expectations low. It was my Fallout 4 base all over again I thought, although I will say that after that first time I haven't had that issue again. I can't imagine the frustration I'd have though coming home to the level of detail you've done only to have the engine make it look like it was ransacked by blind ninjas. If they sold that penthouse furnished like that in a mod, I'd easily pay $25 bucks for it. But you'd have to reset everything if it ever went wonky. 😄 5 stars.

So I figure out that if you want an item to be place perfectly , and its an item you can pick up or stare in your inventory , just drop it and use the console to pick it up and place it .

Great job man! I put around 48 hours over time designing my penthouse and it was really nice inside. After the patch I went back to my penthouse to find it bare as a bone. Talking about pissed off. Nice build man, maybe I can find it in me to do it again.

Fantastic effort here! One thing that has bugged me since I started outpost decoration is the fact that the big monitor screens can't be powered. We really need to be able to have something on the screen instead of just blank nothing. My idea was maybe making the turrets have cameras on them and being able to link their footage with the monitors. Then we can have our own CCTV! Hope the devs give us something cool like this.

@@JButterZJ You could go to the vista from the balcony sure. But in Starfield, you could go beyond to space and other planets as well. Can you do that in Cyberpunk? Also, you could never decorate your own player homes to the most minute of detail. In Starfield you could build your own ships to whatever design, complete with interiors. You cant even customize your vehicles in Cyberpunk...for it being a "cyberpunk" genre, the only thing you could customize is yourself and the clothes you wear.

Thanks! I'm on PC, all items were collected in-game, no mods. You can go into build mode to place objects or hold the "A" button down to place items anywhere you want. You can also rotate them and change axis by pushing in left stick. The mission is called "High Price to Pay".

Drop all the stuff on the floor, leave the house, quick save, press F9 to reload, go back in the house and start placing the items. Then it wont glitch
