I went to the same 3 star for 30 years in south Cuba …. Small place , but clean and passable food ! Knew all the staff and many repeaters ….really miss it ‼️‼️🇨🇦🇨🇦🇨🇺🇨🇺

Mike, Thank you for taking the time to visit the hotel and share your comments. When my family and I first started visiting Cuba, this resort was our very first stay. Back then, it was called Villa Cojimar, and we couldn't have asked for a better ocean view bungalow for our initial experience-just 20 steps to the water! Although our budget and expectations have changed over the years, this hotel remains a perfect little resort for young families to experience Cuba's beautiful beaches and warm people. It's a great starting point, with a long beach to walk on, fish to see in the water, and shells to collect and bring home. The affordable bus service around the island is another plus. These are my thoughts. I appreciate you taking the time to bring back some wonderful memories. Take care. Be safe. Shaun

Well Mike….you’ve gone and done it with this video. We are already booked for the first 2 weeks in April at Iberostar Coral Ensenachos, but now we are considering a 1 weeker earlier in the year…..maybe this place. It ticks a lot of boxes for us. It’s an older resort, amazing beach, food in this video looks decent enough, and the possibility of a room that close to the beach…. Thanks a lot😂

Another great review Mike. Could you possibly add to your description the date you were at the resort and what your room category was called when booking. Helps when we look up your videos in the future to gage prices/weather etc.

Thanks for the great suggestion! Sometimes I don’t add the description (room) The last 6 months resorts are rebranding and new categories are in the works so if I miss announce a room resorts sometimes have issues with that and I can’t fix the problem once gone to KZbin

We stayed at this hotel 15 years ago, and to me it looks the same. We had one of the villa's right on the beach and I remember how much beach sand that we had to deal with entering in and out all day and night. We enjoyed our stay ! Love Cayo coco !

We stayed just down the beach at the iberostar daiquiri and considered it the best place we'd stayed in Cuba so far. Small resort with about 300 rooms. Everything was super close and the beach.....!! Would go back in a heartbeat
