I watched the first two seasons of Ghost from the BBC when I heard they were making an American version. The first episode was very identical, so I thought there were just going to mimic the BBC version. I was pleasantly surprised when they didn't and I actually like the American version more. One of my favorite shows. I thought it was funny when they had Mathew Baynton on last season. Mathew Baynton is one of the actors from the BBC version.

I hope season two plotlines center around guests that visit the BnB. Like it gets booked by leaders of Lenape communities scattered across the US and Canada for a tribal conference and Sassapis is shocked to see how much his people have changed over the centuries.

Obviously being English I loved BBC ghosts first but then started to watch, hesitantly May I say, Ghosts US and and I came to love it just as much , the trick is to let each series develop in its own right 😊😊 and let’s say how lucky we are to have both series in these uncertain days to make us roar with laughter a true gift 😊

As a Brit, I love the British version, I understand the history and context of the characters plus I love the low budget charm, a bit like Dr Who. I like American version too, its obviously bigger and brasher as one would expect. I think the changes made make sense for the US setting. I'm glad its doing so well, I'm actually shocked.

If interested, my reply about believing in ghosts is this: We do know that when we die we stand in judgement to our Creator, our God. What happens in the TV show Ghosts first of all means that Someone greater than humans has decided if the deceased human stays or goes, if he/she gets "sucked off" or "goes down", how long he/she has to stay, and the limits of where he/she can roam (and also if they can go through objects/walls or stand/lay on them). In short, if we are going to believe in ghosts, we also need to believe in God and his control over the matter. If we are going to believe in God, we do know there are angels and demons that do have reign on earth (especially Satan). We shouldn't ignore the fact demons are real and have more of a reign and roaming area than so-called human ghosts. Thus I believe in the former (demons/angels) and not so much the latter (deceased humans that stick around...we instead go and stand in judgement for our sins, our selfishness and how we failed to glorify God).

Once again an American ripoff of a top British comedy that has no subtlety, vaudevillian and pales in comparison to the original. American comedy compared to British comedy is like raw white sugar (one dimensional flavour) as opposed to the rich, dark and deep multi- dimensional nuances of dark cane muscovado sugar.
