Starscream is a very dangerous Decepticon. He's cunning, very intelligent, and a skilled fighter, but it would be interesting to see what would happen in a fight between him and Soundwave. 🤔

I think soundwave has had more of those moments of absolute power, and is just overall much stronger than starscream, he’s just the intelligence officer because quote Megatron, nobody even came close to how soundwave preformed in that area.
