How did you get the floggers to stay in reserve til the end like that?

nothing special, i don't know how deployment works in single missions but in campaign ai won't deploy all their forces if players deploys only 1 ship. as for why they didn't reinforce, maybe saw no need since 2 destroyers and 1 cruiser still should take care of one frigate right?
