My first proper synth (the uno) arrived yesterday, I am very interested in stephan bodzin style sounds, and I have just stumbled upon your video. These are everything I hoped was capable of the uno as I hadn't seen any video on KZbin showing this side of the uno. So thank you for explaining how u got uno to sound so damn good. Ps, I got my uno from amazon for £139 I believe.

Luckily they’d already wrote the track so I could work from that. ;) I EQ’d the kick and bass to sound roughly like the original - which is quite bass light. And gave a minor tweak to the main arp. As it’s only a few tracks with an obvious bass, midd chord, higher lead and some HP and BP FX it wasn’t too much of a consideration. If I were writing it from scratch I’d have to think about those aspects but didn’t really have to here - it just sort of fell into place.

Cool little synth but i would rather buy soft synth like Legend from synapse audio.

The Legend is great (check out my Minimoog softsynth comparison, it wins!) - but it depends on what your set up is for - if playing live I’d go with a hardware synth. Thanks for the comment.
