Hi Joe, I love your videos, I have a question, I am in the process of starting a store, and I have been a video editor/motion graphic artist for the last twenty years. Is it possible to do all advertising for my niche brand through the use of video advertising? I see a lot of POD clothing brands advertising by using still imagery for their ads.

Awesome video. Thanks. One question. Is there any advantage to having a Shopify website over an e-commerce site that I would build myself? Everyone on KZbin seems to be recommending Shopify. I understand its ease of use and ability to integrate with other platforms, but if I can do all of that in a site that I would build and host myself, is there anything else that I'm missing out on that only Shopify provides?

Most people recommend Shopify because they have an affiliate programme. I am using WordPress/WooCommerce instead. Shopify fees really add up when you're just starting out and learning. I got 4 years of hosting for less than $300NZD for a Woocommerce store. Much better value and allows you to spend the saved money on marketing. Just check that whatever you use for your site connects to Printify/Printful etc. okay. They support the main site builders.

I wouldn’t really say we’re trying to work with ugc creators. I’ve been working with accounts under 100k followers like I said in the video, sending them a sample in exchange for the promo. The content creators are in my niche, so my products are something they’re excited to get for free. I also have other videos on my channel where I talk about creating long term partnerships and offering them commissions on sales.
