I'm appreciative and grateful for the advice and experience you give to people starting a print shop. Also in providing your course and calculators. I'm working on starting a business myself and feel lost at times with where to start, so I hope I can learn that in your course. So THANK YOU again!!! Keep it up!

Great advice D. My biggest hurdle is the space to rent. I don't have a big house like you had to get started in the garage, so I'd definitely need a space. Well I live in the Bay Area, and lets just say space is at premium, a big premium. I can't afford that $4500 a month without the big revenue stream coming in from day one. But other than that, I would to start my own shop.

I started my business when I lived in an apartment. It's been 12 years already. I will say, as my space increases, so does my revenue. Start the way I did, outsource everything. You only need a computer.

Picking a lane... Been feeling that recently. Thinking of just going 100% embroidery, but I do like the heat pressing jobs bc they have high profit margins. Why do I have a BN 20 and a Ricoh Ri 100? Feeling like they are a time suck but still optimistic I can find a way to run everything at once making profit off them all
